1、 Generally, the soft sealing ball valve is used as the sealing material, and the sealing surface of the hard sealing ball valve is metal surfacing.. if the pipeline ball valve needs to be cleaned, be careful during disassembly to prevent damage to the sealing ring and leakage.

2、 If slight leakage of packing is found during use, the valve stem nut can be tightened slightly until the leakage stops and can not be further tightened.

3、 Before use, clean the pipeline and body flow passage parts with water to prevent residual iron filings and other sundries from entering the body cavity.

4、 The ball valve is closed, and the valve body still maintains part of the medium and also bears a certain pressure.. before servicing the ball valve, close the stop valve in front of the ball valve, open the ball valve to be serviced, and completely release the internal pressure of the valve body.. if it is a pneumatic ball valve or pneumatic ball valve, disconnect the power supply and gas source first.

5、 Long term outdoor storage will cause rust of valve body and parts, which can not be used normally. The storage of ball valve shall be rainproof, waterproof and moisture-proof, and the flange cover shall be tight.
