It is qualified if there is no rust, dust pollution and other dirt marks on it within 5min.

5. After the purging is qualified, carefully study and fill in the purging record, and note that in addition to the inspection of relevant regulations and the restoration of normal work, no analysis shall be carried out to affect other student operations in the management of the company.

6. The pipe fittings that are not allowed to be purged in the valve pipeline safety system, such as throttle valve, instrument, filter, check valve, etc., shall be temporarily removed for safekeeping, temporarily connected with a short pipe, and re installed after the purging is qualified. The construction of equipment and pipelines that are not allowed to be purged shall be isolated from the risk of purging system.
